At S&S Claims Service, our QA team reviews one hundred percent (100%) of all claim files before they are submitted to the client, in addition to auditing a significant amount of closed files. Our approach to QA allows us to be actively involved with the adjuster early in the claims cycle. This active involvement allows us to give specific and timely feedback to the adjuster, thus improving the accuracies of all other active files.
