S&S Claims Service is always looking for more experienced licensed property adjusters to handle catastrophe claims and daily claims.
Responsibilities
• Respond quickly to our clients and their policyholders using excellent
customer service skills.
• Inspect and investigate insurance claims in a variety of settings.
• Apply understanding of insurance policies and policy interpretation.
• Accurately estimate property damages using Xactimate software
----and apply
appropriate depreciation to recommend fair settlements to clients.
• Negotiate with contractors and public adjusters.
• Create and document claims files to comply with company guidelines.
• Prepare accurate, clear, thorough, and concise reports to clients on
----conclusions and recommendations.
• Utilize Xactimate, PDF software and web based claims systems to
----document loss.
Qualifications
• Active Property Adjusters License
• Prior experience handling daily and catastrophe claims
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Xactimate proficient
• Experience using web based claims systems
