CMS is our Claims Management System and is part of how we utilize technology to help us increase efficiency and improve claim specific communications. Our adjusters receive assignments through CMS, as well as, utilize CMS to update claim status and as repositoryfor all claim files. Claims managers and file reviewers also utilize CMS to monitor claim status, review files and to communicate with adjusters.The client can access and view their files in real time and may enter activity notes which will automatically notify the assigned adjuster. All files are stored on a secure server at the largest data storage facility on the East Coast.
